NOTE: This was a special project. We didn’t have much of a budget, but wanted to create a special long piece with lots of local real talent (during Covid). And, lots of babies! The creatives were also the directors. There were some challenges, but the prep, production, shoot, and edit went great because we were able to secure a great team that worked well together. There are some valuable lessons I learned from this production from working as the Agency producer and as the Production Co/Line Producer at the same time.
